In order to taste the unique taste of Antep known as baklava, you don’t need to visit Antep any longer; Develi offers this unique taste to the delight of taste lovers in its restaurants located at Samatya, Kalamis, Atasehir and Florya in Istanbul.

Develi, representing Antep, the region of unique tastes in Turkish Cuisine, within the nation and abroad; now offers world-known Antep baklava to its guests by the master chefs of Antep’s. Since 1912, Develi’s baklava adding its expertise to insatiable tastes has become the favorite of the guests who have come to taste the delicious kebabs and appetizers.


Develi Baklava, a Delicious Dessert…

Develi brings the indispensable ingredients especially from Antep, such as pistachio nut, flour, starch, walnut, butter; it particularly and carefully chooses the most qualified and natural ingredients. Develi, which founded its Baklava team in Antep, brought this team to Istanbul after all preparations and long terms of experience.

Develi Baklava, one of the new projects of Develi’s, has started servicing as a separate section in Develi Atasehir which was opened in January. For those who would like to taste the unique Antep baklava from the expertise of Develi’s baklava masters will now become regular customers in Atasehir, as they used to visit Samatya and Kalamis.
